Here is an overview of my clinical training, certifications, and ongoing education. My work is rooted in evidence-informed psychotherapy, trauma-focused care, and nervous system–aware approaches that support healing from survival mode.
I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities and specialized trainings, integrating them thoughtfully rather than rigidly. This allows therapy to be responsive to your unique history, nervous system, identity, and life context.
Alongside clinical foundations, I also hold training in somatic-informed, holistic, and spiritually integrated practices. These are offered ethically, collaboratively, and only when aligned with a client’s values, goals, and consent.
Below you’ll find my core therapy approaches, specialized training areas, and professional memberships. This breadth of training supports safe, attuned, relational care—while upholding professionalism, ethics, and evidence-based practice.
Primary Clinical Approaches: Evidence-informed therapeutic approaches supporting emotional, behavioural, and relational wellbeing. Nervous system regulation and healing from survival mode are woven into these approaches.
Neuroscience-informed trauma care that supports safety, stabilization, and processing. A focus on nervous system regulation is central to my work.
Gentle body-based practices that support reconnection, grounding, and nervous system awareness. These are integrated as supportive techniques (not formal somatic therapy). These practices support nervous system regulation and healing from survival mode.
For clients who choose to integrate spirituality or meaning-making into therapy, I offer grounded, ethically aligned spiritual tools that complement clinical work.
