Yes, sessions are $190 CAD for 50 minutes with insurance receipts provided. As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), this is often covered under extended health benefits. 


 There's no set timeline. Some clients work through issues in a few months; others engage longer as part of ongoing personal development. 


 Not at all. While we offer emotional and spiritual healing as an integrated approach, you can benefit without identifying as spiritual. 


 While not a medical treatment, many clients find this holistic approach supportive when navigating anxiety and sadness by addressing emotional patterns and nervous system regulation through emotional well-being support.
