Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

My unique process honours your whole self: mind, body and spirit. This approach gently weaves traditional mental health support with your own spiritual practices, ancestral roots and inner wisdom. Whether you feel connected to meditation, ritual, nature or the quiet presence of your ancestors, these elements are welcome in our work to guide your healing path.

Not at all. This work is about meeting you where you are. Some clients come with a strong spiritual connection; others are simply longing for a deeper, more intuitive approach to therapy. Whatever you believe, you are embraced here and without judgment.

Many people find their way here when they feel lost, stuck, or in transition. Common reasons include:

  • Anxiety, grief, stagnation or emotional overwhelm
  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or your path
  • Major life changes (motherhood, career shifts, spiritual awakenings)
  • Trauma, relational wounds or childhood pain
  • Questions around identity, belonging or purpose

However you find yourself here, we work together on all parts of you: emotional, spiritual, ancestral and intuitive.

Traditional therapy often focuses only on the mind, while spiritually integrated psychotherapy discovers the entire journey of your core being. Together, we blend evidence-based techniques (Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR) with soul-nourishing practices like visualization, ancestral connection, ritual and dreamwork. This creates a space that supports both your healing goals and your deeper search for meaning and all guided with what feels best for you.

You are not alone. Many clients come here after feeling unseen or disconnected in traditional therapy. My approach offers a more soulful, intuitive space for transformation — one that includes your story, your spirit and every part of who you are.

Right now, all sessions are virtual (video) and open to anyone in Ontario or Alberta. Many clients find this allows them to feel grounded in their own safe space while receiving deep connection and support.

Each session is $190 CAD for 50 minutes. Insurance receipts are based on your coverage.

Let’s start with a conversation. There’s no commitment but simply an opportunity to connect, ask questions and see if the work feels aligned for where you are on your healing path. Reach out for a free 15-minute intro call so we can see if this is the right fit for you.

Soon. In the months ahead, I’ll be offering healing circles, group therapy, and spiritually-rooted workshops for those who want to walk this journey alongside others. Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know.
