Online Counselling: Healing on Your Terms

Online counselling makes it easy to prioritize your mental health from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re facing challenges or simply need support, virtual therapy allows you to connect on your terms.

Why Choose Online Counselling?

  • Convenience: No need to commute—sessions come to you wherever you are.
  • Comfort: Feel safe and open in your own environment.
  • Accessibility: Get the support you need, no matter where you’re located.
  • Privacy: No worries about being seen entering a clinic.
  • Flexibility: Sessions fit your schedule, making it easier to commit.

At Roadside Therapies, we believe in meeting you where you are—literally and emotionally! Online counselling gives you the space to grow and heal at your own pace. Take the first step toward transformation today.

Embark on a therapeutic adventure with us, where your well-being is the main act. Here's why diving into this journey is something special:

  • Experience a therapy designed uniquely for your needs and dreams. Our sessions are all about crafting a path that's yours and yours alone.

  • Dive into a mix of body-based therapy, choice therapy, mindfulness, and more. It's a holistic blend that ensures you're getting a bit of everything for a well-rounded transformation.

  • Expect a therapeutic relationship built on empathy and teamwork. I'm not a guide; I'm your companion, creating a space where you can freely discover and grow.

  • We'll navigate the tough stuff, but don't forget to expect some laughter along the way. Our sessions are not just about challenges; they're about finding joy and lightness too.

This is your life, and you're steering the ship. I'm here to support and guide, not to dictate. Together, we'll ensure your decisions align with your values, paving the way to a more fulfilling life.

In our short-term focus, utilizing ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), we're all about making moves. Let's overcome hurdles together and get you back to the life you want, or maybe even discover a new one – efficiently and with clear goals.

Let's explore your story together, unveiling insights and knowledge that empower you to shape the life you've been yearning for.

Choosing Roadside Therapies is not just about therapy; it's an investment in a journey marked by authenticity, humor, change and impactful experiences.

At Roadside Therapies, we acknowledge the traditional territories of the Indigenous peoples on whose lands we humbly operate. In Alberta, we honour the ancestral lands of Treaty 6, 7, and 8, home to diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities. In Ontario, we recognize the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples, guided by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which reminds us of our shared responsibility to care for the land and one another.

The spirit of Roadside Therapies is rooted in connection, growth, and balance—values that align with the teachings of reciprocity and respect found in Indigenous traditions. Through our work, we aim to create spaces where individuals can find healing, empowerment, and a sense of belonging.

We believe in acknowledging history and continuing to build toward a future where we leave the world better by the end of this earth walk. By offering this land acknowledgment, we honour the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples and reflect on our shared responsibility to walk gently and intentionally on this earth.

A solid approach is best supported by bi-weekly sessions at the beginning. This builds a strong foundation, which helps one gain momentum towards realizing the goal.

Our fees for 2025 are: $190 per individual session. Sessions are 50 minutes. We accept credit cards and e-transfer.

Appointment must be cancelled or re-scheduled at least 48 hours (i.e. 2 business days) prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any change or cancellation requests received in less than 48 hours will be billed at a full-hour rate. Thank you for your understanding.
