At Roadside Therapies, we acknowledge the traditional territories of the Indigenous peoples on whose lands we humbly operate. In Alberta, we honour the ancestral lands of Treaty 6, 7, and 8, home to diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities. In Ontario, we recognize the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat peoples, guided by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which reminds us of our shared responsibility to care for the land and one another.
The spirit of Roadside Therapies is rooted in connection, growth, and balance—values that align with the teachings of reciprocity and respect found in Indigenous traditions. Through our work, we aim to create spaces where individuals can find healing, empowerment, and a sense of belonging.
We believe in acknowledging history and continuing to build toward a future where we leave the world better by the end of this earth walk. By offering this land acknowledgment, we honour the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples and reflect on our shared responsibility to walk gently and intentionally on this earth.
A solid approach is best supported by bi-weekly sessions at the beginning. This builds a strong foundation, which helps one gain momentum towards realizing the goal.
Our fees for 2024 are: $190 per individual session, plus GST. Sessions are 50 minutes. We accept credit cards or e-transfer.
Appointment must be cancelled or re-scheduled at least 48 hours (i.e. 2 business days) prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any change or cancellation requests received in less than 48 hours will be billed at a full-hour rate. Thank you for your understanding.
